The fatty acid composition of enamel and dentinal lipids of the molars of rabbits fed four different fats-butter, lard, cottonseed oil, and hydrogenated cottonseed oil-was evaluated. Results indicate that the nature of dietary fats influence the fatty acid composition of lipids of both enamel and dentin.
