Studies were conducted with children who ingested a supplemental fluoride-vitamin preparation, and the pattern of fluoride excretion during a three-year period was investigated. The rate of excretion was greater than the control level throughout a 24-hour period, although the greatest rate of excretion occurred within the first two hours.
