Platelet-rich Plasmas: Growth Factor Content and Roles in Wound Healing

Bars on histogram indicate mean ± SEM (standard error of mean). Numbers above the column represent the ratio (fold) obtained when the GF/cytokine concentration at each time was divided by the GF/cytokine concentration at t = 0 hrs. All assays were performed in triplicate for each donor, and each column represents the mean of five donors.
